Turnaround Time

My turn around times can vary so please keep an eye on the banner at the top of our home page for the most current turnaround times.

My current turnaround time is 1-2 business day's.

What do i mean by turnaround time?

Turnaround is the time from your order been placed to me dispatching it. 

What happens next?

I can only advise you of current shipping times once i have handed your package to the shipping provider. Their time frames are a guide although most parcels arrive within that time frame, occasionally they may take longer in busy periods like christmas or if strikes are happening. I always send my orders tracked so tracking numbers will be provided for you on your dispatch email where you will be able to track your parcel yourself.

Where possible i reuse some shipping materials like bubble wrap and occasionally boxes that are in good useable condition to help recycle and keep our waste low.
